Hi, got mine around 7 years ago at a local nursery at South creake, they grow them from cuttings there and are reasonably priced.

Would you expect it to be ok in my garage over the winter. There is so so daylight in there.

Does'nt really sound ideal if they get to cold or aren't happy they tend to drop all their leaves and dont flower well. I have always given mine a lot of light so not sure how they would cope with less.

Rethink required then.....
Do you keep yours in a heated environment over the winter?

Yes, apx +5c, tried one in a really sheltered spot near greenhouse and wall outside it survived but was cut down to ground level and didnt flower.

Thanks for your time on this PA!
I'm going to take a punt at that temp - the garage was about 3 or 4 degrees during the cold snap.
We're off to Cornwall in a few weeks and will be calling in at Burncoose on the way back.

Burncoose have a good range of plants but not cheap!
Quite a few good nurseries down there came home with a car full when we were there last year lol.

Agreed, but they are my trusted mail order supplier. Always been happy with what I've had from them, and the condition that it has arrived in.
Got a fair list already for Cornwall, but I'll keep my eyes open for Cantua too.
