I should rename this Peony - one Flower - it's done exactly the same as last year and the year before...produced one bloom, how bizarre... :=(

I don't know what this one likes Cristina, it's a puzzle. One of my neighbours has a beauty growing at the side of an old entrance gate, and really looks like its growing in what I call road dirt..so you could be right...Anyway she's been moved now that flowering is over, and the soil where it is, is not so sweet, so lets see....

yes dont feed it .............. thats wot i was told , had mine 20 years , its growing in amongst the conifer roots so very poor soil .............. and its a stuner , pic on blog .
