Hi Cinders..how's you!! my H loves these cakes so I very often make one, they're easy, and I also add mixed fruit sometimes...I have a sneaky suspicion that most garden lovers love baking too... :o)
We're enjoying some fantastic weather here, a little too hot in the PM it slows you down...but no complaints its lovely to have.
