These are Hostas my late Mum bought for me, they are fifteen years old this year...I'm sure she looks after them for me. I will photograph them again when they are in bloom.

A bit worried about these hostas, not a flower stalk in sight, and usually they would be in flower... They are very healthy..I think they have probably exhausted the planters...but have decided not to buy bigger planters, will have a sort out in Autumn and make room for them in the garden...They are too special to lose....

Beautiful Crissue, yup, she is looking after them. Nice pots as well. She must have been a gardener as well.

Hi Adoons...she loved her gardening, and would grow from seed things I would not have the patience to do...she helped me loads in the garden, and I do like to think she is watching over them...2 years back I bought those three matching pots, and they were expensive...I don't mean to be stingy, but I don't want to keep replacing bigger with bigger...I'll end up having a Pot sale at this rate..it's not as if I've got a big garden where I can plant them up and mix them in the borders...so I've got to draw the line somewhere...
That's my rant lol...sometimes i do begrudge the money the GC's make out of us...

I am a "pot" lovers as well, but this year I started to give away my pots, so not to be tempted as well.
Our pots here are very reasonable, gorgeous ones from Korea & China. I know what you saying, I usually wait till Sept. before I use to make my "pot" purchases. Gotta beat them some how.
