Bad hair day, or is that the fashion now?

Finally got a Dicentra from a nice man at my allotment; his had self-seeded, so when I commented on his, he gave me an seedling he had planted in a little pot. I thought it was so kind, and I'm delighted!

Yes, I know. I asked about the name of one of my customer's plants, and after telling me, she suddenly asked, if I would like a sunflower? I thought I'd get a little seedling, but she came a with two feet high plant she'd grown in her greenhouse! How nice was that! It's so nice to share plants, when you've nurtured them; you can't buy that.
