It's a tree. My hubby reminded me that he had bought it for me at the international market in Aberdeen. It grew so fast and provides excellent shelter for the other plants as it stands at a windy corner. I thought it wasn't going to be doing well this year, but meantime it's improved a lot and better than in the photo. Thanks, Homebird:-)
