Corydalis 'Berry Exciting' - 2011

thats a lovely plant and i do like its name

We grew this in our other garden and it was a deeper blue with a darker leaf and although it's not an evasive plant it did really well in clay soil.

might not be so happy in my garden then ~ i dont have clay

I don't really know what sort of soil they like Sticki but Andrew is probably the one to ask. Perhaps they are one of those plants that grow anywhere. They certainly have a vibrant colour and don't take upa lot of room.

It's growing in shade in a good loamy soil for me. Only planted this spring so I don't know whether it will try to take over or stay put

Yes Andrew Mine had the shade for two thirds of the day too.
