Does it have strong scent ? Looks like an Arthur Bell that we have

it is ................... its called summertime , have 4 in tthe garden as it repeats flowers , 3 i rooted myself ;0))) clever meeeeeeee lol

Lovely dark green foliage on this one......Oh does all the root cuttings as he has the green fingers.

i just stick em in and hope lol ............... but have had a few gud ones
