recycled trellis

This started out as a wooden window blind. When it got broken I took it apart, gave it a coating of weather-proof varnish, and used some as a trellis. At first I just threated slats in an open weave, but bits kept falling off, so eventually I tied it together (proper Scout square-lashing,too!). I don't know if the varnish will harm the ivy I put the trellis there for, I'll have to wait to see if the ivy moves in or not.

thanks, Lincslass; it was one of the bigger pots we had left by then. The saucer is on rollers, so i could try different locations to find what worked best.
