Karen, I woke 2 mornings ago with a nerve trapped somewhere in my shoulder. It's getting more painful and now I can't even lift my arm! Off to the doc later to see what she says.

Frozen shoulder! what a pain!

Oh no, I think she will probably give you some anti inflammatory pills. They certainly helped Scott when his was frozen.

She has Karen. Just hope it goes as quick as it came, I hear it can sometimes take years to get better.

It won't be quick Lulu, but the pills do help. Pilates is wonderful too!

Ha! Just been told it's a tendon injury, much easier to deal with. may have a cortizone injection but it's so much easier today. have just visited the plant nursery from heaven and bought rather alot of plants and I have managed to plant over a dozen. The only reason I stopped planting was because a friend turned up, so we drank some wine instead! I left the bottle in the flower bed, it looks like I am trying to grow bottles of wine!

Like that bed Lulu, Hmmmmm, might need some more plants now!!

It's all full now Gmage and looking ever so lovely. Will post a pic when I recover from our w/end in London!!

Harvesting bottles of wine (especially when you have consumed one or three) is enough to put anyone's shoulder out!

har, har! Shoulder better everyday, thank goodness! But dam, those bottles are difficult to grow, they keep coming up empty!

Try putting them in the fridge to chill first Lol!

but somewhere between the chiller and the garden, they loose rather alot of body, into my body!

Perhaps you dont water them enough!
