Lovely bush which a few months ago had an abundance of delicate red flowers and is now putting out quince like fruits and red pod things (yes, that's what we're calling them)

Is this an edible one then? It's gorgeous, I must say, am hoping it'll climb the fence soon, it's thriving at the moment though :-)

You can grow Quince just for it's pretty flowers, or let the fruit ripen and make Quince jelly...
