Mange Tout

We were idiotic with our placement of these mange tout plants and had completely underestimated how they'd grow! We're having to tie them up daily but they are throwing out so many veggies that we're chuffed. We will definitely grow mange tout again next year, but we'll be more sensible about where we place them, although the plants don't seem to be suffering, the things around them are a tad over awed.

I've never tasted pods like them, they're amazing, made beef and mange tout in pepper and brandy sauce last night and it was fabulous. We had stir fried chicken and mange tout the night before- finding it hard to keep up with the crop! Just need to figure out now how to seed from them so I can start a new crop in a different part of the garden!
