Clematis viticella 'Elvan'

Oooh I like that one. Very pretty.

So do I ... it's quite unusual. : o )

The flowers hang down so it's a good job it's really vigorous. I keep trying to take cuttings but haven't got any to work yet, the stems are inclined to be woody. I'll have to try nearer the tip which isn't ideal.

This is one you do not see very often....lovely.

Any ideas on propagation, Daisy?

Not on clems....sorry Wagger never been good with them, OH just waits till they seed themselves somewhere.

Oh well, nothing lost giving it another try.
