Two yellow roses on a red bush ?

I wonder if it's going back to one of the parent plants. I don't know how new Roses are created, but with Begonias pollen is used from one plant to create seed from another. The plant that comes as a result may be totally different from either, but sometimes the new plant will go back to resemble one of the parent plants (which is why, i believe, Begonias should be grown for at least 5 years before being named and registered). Don't know the system for Roses, but possibly something similar? :-)

I think that you're right Mark in that it's reverting back to a parent.
