Delphiniums and Lychnis.

Thanks Paul..I have one little blue one,which is taking its time to get going,for some reason...and the one nearest the camera has more of a creamy tinge..but looked white till the other one flowered..The white one furthest away, has a really dark centre..thought it was a bee,when it first opened !:o)

I can see what you mean with the bee - all looks great - I love flowers on tall stems like these

I need height ,as it is a very flat garden..although we are on a slope,we have steps behind this border,and a wall..shame the front isn't the same.we have a sloping lawn! not a lot we can do with it,unless we are prepared to spend a lot of money..and hard graft,to terrace it..and we aren't !Lol.

Thanks Carole..I am really pleased with them ..and had no slug problems either !..I dug some of those organic pellets in ,so think it has helped..mind you,I do go hunting for the little critters ,and found one or two,trying to hide..Lol.
