Looks so natural.

I don't like things too neat Sheilar so my garden is not to everyones taste. I have a lot of wild patches because I would love to attract a hedgehog or two - so far no luck.

I'm the same G, my garden has plants just sort of 'thrown' in. We've a tiny pond and the other night it was raining very heavy. When I opened the back door to look out, there were big fat frogs everywhere (about 7). I knew there were baby ones as I removed them from the grass before I cut it the other day (4 in total) but it's the first time this year I've seen big 'uns. I've seen evidence of hedgehogs, but haven't actually seen any in the garden.

Well my fingers are crossed that I might eventually get one or two then Sheilar. I know that one of my neighbours has badgers in his garden and I read somewhere that would discourage the hedgehogs but we'll see.

Your garden looks just the right environment for Hedgies.....lots of places to hide...& hunt...I've not seen any yet here, but evidence of Sheila...no frogs in our little Pond, but we have a resident Toad, a huge one....
