Looks such a peaceful place to relax and fall asleep.

If only time would allow......oh that and the gentle bleating of sheep and wondering where the little blighters are now!!!!

Mick has carried each stone from about the place to the wall site! That's quite a lot of stones!!!

That's determined work and very rewarding too !!

Yeah it's taken nearly 2 years, but worth it. This was last year, nearly finished now. I would take some pictures and put them up, but the whole of North Yorkshire seems to be under water! One of my hanging baskets has just dropped off the wall :( It was one of those whicker ones and was just sooooo heavy with water logging. Will have to put drainage holes in the bottom. Plastic linings not always good!Jx

Yes it's a long haul gardening bt really enjoyable or can be :D - the weather is terrible - it feels like October really does .
