Her hubby played with the cricket team for many years, I now do the teas for them, her oh has stopped playing, will have to send her a message and ask her what it is.

Think you were thinking of putting it in the hot border, not sure though.

Did the Crocosmia take, I sent both Lucifer and the orange one which is small and later to flower.

Well, I think so....there are lots of bits and pieces in the hot border that haven't flowered yet, including crocosmias and hemerocallis....will take pics when they do! If we would just get a few hours of sunshine loads of things are just waiting to flower now!
