The only ones I have planted were the yellow ones (I think they're Welsh poppies) I found some seeds amongst my batchelor Uncle's stuff when he died back in 1999 (he had them in an envelope marked California poppies). I threw a handful into the garden and they still grow now. Of course they self-seed so they grow everywhere, but if they grow where I don't want them, I just pull 'em out!

I have orange californian poppies out in my front garden....but my photos were a bit blurry cos tried on a windy day.;0)...so I have not posted here
