Painted Garden Chairs

Hubby is now helping me finish up the painting of eight garden chairs. They are drying in the kitchen as it has been raining on and off all weekend. Hopefully they will be done by the end of this week. They still need a coat or two of pale cream exterior eggshell. I have beige cushions to go with them as per my shabby chic theme.

Thank you everyone. I hope we get some sun too!
Frybo, it IS a lot of hard work. Each chair has two coats of primer and two coats of exterior eggshell. Hubby and I have split the painting about half and half.
They were cheap chairs we got off eBay and a DIY shop. Instead of spending hundreds of pounds on an outdoor furniture set, we decided to 'make do and mend'. :-)
I will post a pic the next time we have friends round and have the chairs all set up with cushions and table on the patio.

A lot of work - very satisfying though. Love the picture on the wall also - did you paint it yourself?

Hi Minihoney, I wish! No, the painting on the wall is an acrylic by an artist in Bali, Indonesia.
