I was inspired Motinot - bought a similar colour yesterday but it is called Violet Flame - I have put it in a pot for now - my other phlox isn't doing well and I want to keep an eye on this. I have verbena Bonariensis but where it is planted the phlox wouldn't get enough sun.
There are plenty plants in the wrong place - but with everything being new to me - I will enjoy moving them all about next year. I have a list of what needs moving to where etc, so am 1 step ahead already :)

Thats how we learn, isnt it Scottish? Trial and error...I move things all the time, its a part of gardening....:>)
