Hi Karen Hi Paul....I am absolute rubbish at growing Houseplants, so I thought I might stand a chance with this and my other succulents...that don't need too much meddling from me lol :))))

Funny that...me too! I have a Christmas cactus and one of those good luck bamboo things clinging to life!lol!! :)))

Lovely. I gave up with houseplants..except my money plant in the feng shui corner of the studio which gets lots of sun and doesn;t need much looking after lol. It doesn;t work tho..still poor haha

Thanks everyone...I do like it..it was a choice of Red or White...and white wins for me everytime...
I think I saw a photo posted by Cinders, of hers, and liked it from then...Can't wait for these lovely little flowers to open...:))
By the way I hope I did right, I stood it on a bed of pebbles in the outer pot...I haven't repotted it yet...

I defintely have to have simple plants indoors, I have got a Bouganvillea in the Sun room, and that grows like a triffid, but I can't stand the mess, so I keep it short...then next year I'll move it into the garden to aclimatise it, and grow it up a obelisk or something....then bring it back in the fall...

...yes, you've got to bring them back in...been there, tried leaving them out...:((
Plumbago, on the other hand, is fine...as long as it is in a pot and covered over winter! :))

good idea..tho I hate plants you have to move in and out of the house in winter! That GERANIUM I bought lol well its in the wrong place entirely..spoils the colours down the bottom of the garden so I;m going to put it in a pot and stick it out the front garden somewhere! I guess that will have to be brought inside..best make it a lightweight plastic pot!

I don't really go for the moving in and out, either, Pixi...got nowhere to keep them:((

It's good to have, it's built in as part of the Bungalow, the window behind, is a bedroom...Its not that big, but enough room to get two chairs in and a little table to stand plants or seed pots on...It's the only room that's not double glazed, and we installed a heater, as in the Winter it can really cold in there...

But, with a heater...a good way to be outside inside in the winter :))

Temperatures dropped here in the evening too...but not cool enough for heating tho....
