any plant ive bought from there has done really well Blodyn,, they do seem to look after the plants in there, unlike a lot of supermarkets. all the plants in the small supermarket beside me are always dried out and look half dead.

Lidl is good value. I bought three cacti last year - buy two and get one free, I don't remember the price but quite reasonable. And they were in clay pots aswell. Yes I agree they do seem to look after the plants. The thing is It's dificult not to keep buying them. : )

there none near you Xela?

The nearest Aldi is in West Drayton, on the edge of London, quite heavy traffic down that way.
The nearest Lidl is in Aylesbury, almost as far in the opposite direction and not one of the closest shopping centres. We tend to shop in High Wycombe or Amersham, less than 10 miles away.

I like Lidl they have good gardening things. I bought a plant propagator there last week, and some compost and some seeds. This cyclamen looks healthy.
