8 year old plant in bloom

This plant usually starts blooming in October and doesn't stop until February. When I bought it, the plant was in a 4 inch pot. It is actually 2 different plants. One is red and the other pink. each one was in a 4inch pot. I put them together a 6 inch pot. sice then, they have been repotted three times. This is getting so big and top heavy, I'm thinking next time I will separate them.
