not yet Bjs but this being the first year they have born so much fruit, i will certainly try
first i have to wait till they are nearly rotting!!!

Resi just googled the medlars seems they make good jelly they add lemon and sugar and apparently sets well,they use it to accompany cheese and the like,there are a number of receipts to be had.Makes my mouth water and brings back memories of 60+ years ago.
