Yes I think its best to start again sometimes ML. I have a Hibiscus that has 3-4 flowers only every year so this year its going.

Yes it is in a sheltered spot in full sun ML but its one of those shrubs that does not do much for some! We were talking about it when I posted a photo of it recently - being a poor shrub sometimes and not worth the trouble.
