Yes my adopted pets, they are back off hols but going camping to Pickering this weekend so I will not send them back until after Bankholidays weekend. Think forecast not good so they could be wet campers/walkers. Paul not said about it yet, do not think he has had time to look properly, he will tonight.

I know Rose, we do not own it though, we rent it - have been here for 32 years now. You could not buy one with the land attached like this on our earnings so renting has had to be the way we have done it.

I have just gone back to this page and thought it was your house.As you know ours is a rented one through a housing association and hope to stay here for as long as we can.You were very lucky to get a permanent long lease.

We lived in a different cottage which belonged to the same estate many years ago and moved here when we got married just over 32 years ago as the previous one was tied to a shooting syndicate and the gamekeeper needed to live in it. Pleased he did this one is much better and more land with it. Think I shall only move in a box lol. I know I am lucky. Well maybe if I win the lottery a bigger house with a bigger garden maybe a walled garden would be idyllic and a stream running through the grounds would also be a good idea. lol. ah the dreams.

No Olive I don't think you can beat what you've got.We feel the same about our house.
