Corner bit by garage.

This poor old garage was built in 1910 with the house & it has most certainly seen better days, but we do not want to pull it down & put up some modern galvanised tin version with a tilt door. It has character, & I am convinced that once I have painted it the same colour as the house, which also has to be painted, & put a rampant climbing rose to clamber over the roof & cascade down the sides, it will be a delightful addition rather than the eyesore it is at the moment. That ghastly makeshift fence will also be going. There is room to do something nice in this little corner .... at the moment there are some canna lilies (orange) in there & it wouldn't surprise me at all if I found an agapanthus or two!!!

You seem to have lots of corners, I like that to recreate different rooms and secret gardens :))

It's lovely to have lots of areas to work with and not being able to see all the garden at once. Michaella's garden is a perfect example of that.

Yes .... there they are ... a lovely mound of agapanthus next to the canna lilies!!! And a big Arum Lily ... have two more of those against one of the side fences in the back part of the garden.
