Very beautiful. Don't normally go for variegation in a plant like Phlox, but exception here, nice combo of flower and foliage.

Meadowland - yes, it's totally hardy. It's not noted for its flowering performance, but as its in my foliage garden, that's not a problem
Drc - the dark leaves in front belong to a euphorbia
