This is the Spindle tree which comes into its own with crimson Autumn colour.Growth is slow.

Have 4 in pots about 5ft grown from seed,this is there third years growth ,not bushy like yours as i have not pinched them out except one a squirrel did for me.collected the seed in a local park.
