AUGUST!!!! They must desperate for business.

I've noticed in the shops recently the cards and gift wrap are appearing. Sainsbury's had their Christmas cakes out yesterday.

We still have a quarter of the year to go yet!

I know, give us a chance to get over the kids holidays for heavens sake.

Christmas seems to be starting earlier and earlier

Last year I saw Easter eggs in Tesco's On the 2 of january! They will be draping tinsel over the eggs next year! I also saw Halloween products next to christmas decs on the shelves of a local shop Last week. And what the hell is an Easter tree? I'm not kidding, I've actually seen them! I've also seen easter mince pies aswell. I think us consumers really need start saying No No No to these money grabbing multi nationals don't you. (whew rant over).

I couldn't agree more Rosygarden. I never buy halloween stuff (or should I say trick or treat?) for that reason. I don't have a problem with people making halloween pumpkins etc but over the last few years there seems to be more and more stuff for it in the shops. And as for the term "trick or treat" - just don't get me started!
