I hadn't been to Kartuz Greenhouses in a while, I was amazed what new and exciting exotics Michael had acquired. He's been selling interesting exotic plants since 1955.

I shall have a good look later.
Does he sell seeds?

Unfortunately no, he only sells plants.

Yes, Michael sells many types of plants. If you go to his nursery he sells much more than what's listed on his website for mail order. He has one smaller greenhouse which is heated in winter (it's the only one)...and this greenhouse has the really interesting, tropical plants in it.
Justicia rizzini is a pretty common plant...I believe it's really hardy, also. Not sure if it's hardy enough for your climate, though.

I doubt that it would be........

I just read it's only hardy to -1ºC / 30ºF, so it's not as hardy as I originally thought. I think everything is hard...because it's hardy here. lol! :>)
