Dahlia 'raspberry ripple'

I have had this Dahlia 2 years now and there has never been a flower bud form on it...not 1!!!!....nice leaves

I store it the same as all my other tubers Meanie??..Its a big tuber Drc, hence the amount of top growth....I feed all my Dahlias tomato food during Summer...still no flowers on this one....

I thought you might say Tom food! Iext year I would try Miricle grow with the 24% nitrogen content and watch it flower.
