My Anthuriums Blooming Like Crazy!

My Anthuriums (in the front yard) are blooming like crazy in the big heat wave we're having now. Photo taken Oct. 12, 2011.

They need quite a bit of bright light. These get morning sun under the shade structure in the front yard.
It's written in many books the temps must stay between a low 80ºF/27ºC and high of 90ºF/32ºC to grow and bloom well. This is definitely not true because they grow and bloom here in San Diego in winter. (although, it can get up to these high temps here in winter...it doesn't average anywhere near these high temps).

If you can put it by a south facing window, it'll most likely bloom.

Now I am really envious, mine will not flower, just loads of lush green leaves!!
