Generally, Plumerias have pretty small root systems, especially when young.
The leaves should start falling off by the ending of November.

Seedlings are kind of strange: they can loose some or just a few. Generally, my trees will loose most of the leaves by January, then in late winter or early spring all the leaves drop before the buds develop.
The only "evergreen" (even here it can loose some leaves) Plumeria that grows here is Plumeria obtusa 'Singapore'.

You would've like this greenhouse...there were many in here. It's a very tropical plant...not sure how well it grow outdoors here. I don't think it likes temps below 65ºF/ 18ºC.

Very nice.
My hubby actually commented that he thinks my Plumeria's are too big for the pots they are in. I think I'm giving him my bug!!! (finally).
