blue green algae outbreak on obelisk pond

shame - had to clean mine out other week - goes stagnant without water flow :(

That's a shame Paul, can't you put more oxygenators in the water or marginals along the side that should take out the nitrates?

I have some water soilders and some other nice ones - can't remember name - don't rate barley straw that much myself though

No i never use it, i just pack it full of water plants and marginals & it works for me..
