Thanks Crissue, it cant be more than about 15/18 inches tall, I will measure it properly later just for curiosity. I cant believe this lovely mild weather we're having, are you getting the same, its been about 17 degrees....thats what we like at this time of the year, saves on the heating bills.

We had a really lovely day yesterday, and OH was in shorts, caught up on a few jobs I hadn't done while poorly...felt good to get the warm fresh air...Sun has his hat on this morning early, so hopefully it will be another nice one....Yes we turned the heating off....:)))

I don't want this lovely weather to end do you, it's really spoiling us. I have some of my miniature iris just peeping through I noticed today. Sorry to hear you've been poorly , I didnt know, hope you have fully recovered now.... :o))))))))))))))

I had a bit of a Chest infection....but it's the ANtibiotics that dragged me down...had to have two lots the first ones didn't work....I hate AB's they make you so fatigued; anyway all's good now...:)))
The only thing that worries me with this lovely weather, is I hope when it does turn cold and our Winters kick in, that it doesn't damage our plants...that seem to be confused by it all...The ground is still so warm, underneath...when it should by now be cooling down....
Still most enjoyable tho...

Glad to hear your feeling better now Crissue, do you suffer with your chest a lot? Have you had your flu jab yet, I have as I have emphysema, so get mine early. I had pneumonia very bad a few years ago and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so always get mine booked early. None of us get any younger do we?

Sorry to hear that Lin...Yes I have had my flu Jab, and I'm up to date with my Pneumonia jab, due again next year...I had half my left Lung removed 2 years ago, and although the Lung grows back to size, the chamber doesn't so, I don't get my full quota...and i have to have a Lung scan every six months, as I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis, which until a year or so ago left me crippled and in a wheel chair...but thanks to my wonderful RA Doctor, I now lead a near normal life...but unfortunately the RA attacks other organs of the body other than the joints, hence the loss of part lung...and the continuous scans...but hey ho we're still around girl, so make the most of what we've got lol....

Sorry to read all this Crissue, really pleased you have improved a lot in that time. We can never tell whats instore for each of us can we. Ive recently had a heart scan , and another appointment in January to see the heart consultant, and another one in Jan. for my emphysema. I agree with what you say Crissue, we're lucky to still be around , so be thankful and make the best of what we've got. Theres plenty of people worse off than us, that would be over the moon to be able to live our lives........so we must just thank our lucky stars!!!!!
