A couple of months ago I posted a photo of the fantastic foliage of this plant - it's now in bloom.
Taken at Oxfords botanic gardens today.

Leaf, stem, bud, and flower. How subtle is the violet ? Actually the flower resembles a Viola a little.

Ivy leaved toadflax flower...They make me think of viola's as well
