Wedding Day Still blooming

Beautiful...

Thank you Franny its blooming better now than in the summer its growing in a terracotta pot .

Its now in my greenhouse for added protection to pot more than rose to the frosts.

Perfect

It really has and still been a perfect white Sheilar.

A really beautiful rose, Scotkat! How does it stand up to the rain & cold? Many rose flowers just ball up & rot, covered in a grey mould.

David yes its really a stunning rose and its really been wonderful and even stood up to the rain .

And a friend told me to protect blooms from weather cover with a poly freezer bag which I did a way back in August and its still blooming in bag.

But as its planted in a beauiful terracota pot I protect both from the elements of frost in my greenhouse.

And today I was putting my baskets of fuchsias back in the greenhouse came against my rose and all the petals fell off

That must have been a crying shame, Scot, to see all the petals fall off like that! ;-(( Never mind next year you'll have plenty more!
