Early part Lori, or maybe middle. My yard gets full of them when the tall phlox blooms and that won't be until mid to end of July. I saw my first one in the very beginning of May. There's usually 2 broods per year.

Is this the early part of their lives or a later part? I would have thought it was a different kind of butterfly altogether...lol. Again...another lovely tidbit of info. Thanks.
