Having tried, unsuccessfully, to grow freesia and sweet peas, in the past, this year they have been quite good, however, I am surprised that I am still getting such lovely flowers this late??? Have just brought these in

Well Homebird, was surprised they even flowered and more surprised at just how lovely the scent was. I have two white ones that have just flowered, not sure if that is late or not, but lots of surprises for me with these.

Ah are these the Freesia? The bubs can take 3 yrs. to mature and are big feeders, are should I say they'll bloom better with some food and sun. They do very well here in LA and start pushing up their leaves in Dec. then bloom about Feb. Love the scent of them too.
I love the look of your house. It's very artisy and creative country looking. The kinda place I'd like.
