I have been keeping the plant warm at night with an upturned collapsible garden rubbish basket. Seems to be working.

Hello Dwyllis
My wife brought the plant from our local Tesco three years ago labelled Azalea and it was two years ago when it had finished flowering that I moved it from my back to front garden and put it amongst those what I called "Blind Wallflower" and I forgot it was even there. The wall flowers that had been hiding the re-discovered Azalea were as tough as old brussel sprout plants and to be honest I had quite a job to pull the things out of the ground. I had to enlist the help of my dear wife. The Camellia reminds me of a jungle plant seeing light for the first time and fighting to be first to the top of the canopy.

Hi Dwillis. I typed in Azalie into the botanical name and rhododendron appeared. The plants is still growing strong, been covering on frosty nights or a wind chill day but new growth appearing. Must be this weather......

Is that an azalea, Tommy? Or a rhododendron perhaps?
