I brake all the rules with his one full sun most of the day !!!But its kept well watered , soil is Johninnes no 3 added grit slow realease fertiliser in April nothing else apart from half inch of grit on the top and in the autumn I poke a bamboo cane into the drainage holes just to make sure they are not bloked "simples"
