My husband owned this plant before I met him. Somehow it had managed to survive on sporadic watering. It has been in the same plastic pot for about 30 years and was looking rather tired this time last year. So. in the Spring I repotted it in cacti compost.

They certainly live upto their name in flower for Christmas and to have survived all those years in the same pot is amazing!
