Macrobiotic diet in a simply way uses vegetable and fruits slightly cooked, not fresh.

this pear would have been cooked for a while i think katarina, i like pears cooked, raw and tinned!!

I eat everything Katarina...My Cholesterol levels were perfect. Bad cholesterol 2.2/ Good cholesterol 2. Doctors advice " Do not change your diet in any way." So I just eat what I like as I always have.
