Growing in tufa & just starting to flower.

Androsace hirtella & cylindrica grow in the Pyrenees, the mountain range between France and Spain. It grows at 1800-2500 m in the crevices of limestone cliffs. Seen here growing in a piece of tufa in a raised bed in my alpine house.
