The scientific name is Asplenium nidus. This one isn't mine - someone gave it to Tim. You can find them very easily here, but I kill them every time, or rather the cats like to eat them and that kills them.
I apologize for the blurry photo - after I took it I realized we had about a dozen candy wrappers in the background (both Tim and I eat chocolate all day) and I had to zoom in closely so you wouldn't see them!
