Even though my Nile Tulip tree is not blooming, it still looks great. Photo taken Feb. 17, 2012.

Thanks! The Markhamia is about 15ft/4.6m tall and almost 10 years old. This is the mother plant to your seeds.
The plant to right is Euphorbia tirucalli (Pencil Bush) and it's very widely grown in southern California. This plant needs to be taken out and moved. It was cut back quite a bit last year. It becomes a tree to 30ft/10m tall.

The seeds that don't want to ?+@$#%&^!!! BEEP germinate for me!!!

I can't believe you're having a difficult time germinating the seeds to this tree. It's one of the easiest trees to germinate from seed. All it needs is some water and heat.
