Black Squirrel! Wish we had those, if they behave ;)

They tend to take over from any other squirrels and can be aggressive towards them. I do think they are lovely to look at though!

I,ve never seen a black squirrel before Gillian they are lovely ,they sound like our grey squirrels taking over from the reds ....

Pretty much Amy, except these seem to take over from the greys!

I thought it was a Mink at first glance Homebird. Very beautiful and novel in black isnt it? Such a shame, they'd run riot here if they can bully greys, but I'd almost swap.

I do rather like them, I have to admit. We are in a newer area so don't get many around, unlike some gardens with a lot more mature trees nearby where they create havoc, taking all the bird food and digging up a lot of things.
