Playing with focus 2/2

So just getting to know my camera better, playing with settings;-) and practising;-)

The possible difficulty is that the viewer still tries to focus on (or have good look at) the clump of trees as they have been composed as a feature between the left and right hand elements and right above the focused element. It is almost like there are two pictures fighting in one. Having the trees slightly behind the left element would have taken them down in the mix.

I suppose I'm saying that making things out of focus yet still an important feature is bold and adds to a picture but the balance has to be weighted carefully.

I'm open to being completely shot down though...

Well - I can always go back and take pictures from different angles.
